The first laptop had unlit spots in the corner of the exhibit. Amazon next day shipped the replacement. Wonderful customer wait on. This laptop runs broad out of the box with only a exiguous about of junk software. Mainly ASUS applications showing you some of the icy things you can do. Windows 7 so far has impressed me but be aware you will need to do a ample amount of updates. (1 gig or better) The HDMI interface works big for connecting your HDTV to play Blu-ray media and web assert. Laptop runs cooler than expected but I detached would recommend a superb power cooler pad.
