this could be a gargantuan product. It's affordable, it does duplex, and it's snappily. Shortly after I started using it however, on multi-page scans some of the pages were blurry to the point of being unusable. I got a message that the page feeding assembly needed changing out, so I ordered a novel assembly and changed it out, but with no improvement. So there seems to be a quandary with the feeding mechanism, so some scans are blurry. This is a major predicament. If it weren't for that defect, which I don't know if it's fair my machine or widespread, it would be a sizable scanner.
This is a few weeks later. I am tranquil having problems with the feeding mechanism, even after replacing it. I actually win more useful scanning out of my all-in-one Canon mf-6550. I adore Canon, but I am not having a beneficial experience with this dedicated scanner.
I chose this scanner over the comparable Fujitsu model becasue of my determined experience w/ Canon over time. I recommend a call to Canon after installation if you need encourage tweaking the configuration settings, it makes a large incompatibility. When I received this scanner, I couldn't glean the scanner to load more than 5 of the expected 50 pages at a time. I called Canon tech serve and the sent me a original roller kit via FedEx overnight, free of charge. The scanner works flawlessly now. I highly recommend this product.
Terrific scanner, we spend it in a medical facility, it is actually abused. So far it has performed wonderfully. Incredibly quick, with high detail. Would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a high raze scanner.
