DO NOT DEPEND ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Within the one year warranty the pump finish. For several weeks I attempted to derive a customer service person, and when I finally did it was useless. Because they had no repair people in my position, they decided they would would replace my washer, and they would pay shipping costs. Nice offer, but they never followed through. And I again was in telephone hell. I will NEVER occupy another Haier product again.
I treasure this washer/dryer. Its easy to utilize cleans big and is compact. I have an apartment that only had a washer hook-up and it perfect for my residence. Each cycle takes about about 2 and 1/2 hours but thats no pickle for me. It cleans a whole lot better than my old-fashioned top load washer and alot quieter. The capcity for loads is grand smaller than my weak top load, of course, so I wash more loads. That is no jam, as well, because this is a better cleaning machine hands down anyway. I highly recommend this washer/dryer.
Not at all exact. I bought a Haier for a runt kitchen in my daughter's original minute house. It leaked from day 1 or did not work at all somedays. It flooded her novel carpets and recent floors 8-9 times. We fair unplugged it. After Sincere Appliance keep me off and made excuses for one month and did nothing...they said they could not refund me...for me to call Haier. Guess What? Haier is doing nothing either. My daughter has a metal part of junk in her kitchen and has to go assist and forth to my house to do her laundry. Awful customer service! I guess the courts will be next.
